My girls have worn this Chain Link Braid off and on for several years now, however our updated version, with a new twist technique, in a combo, has become a personal favorite of Brooklyn & Bailey recently. {Our older, less tight version is called the Triple Twist Ponytail http://youtu.be/4uYcbea_8vo from back in July 2010.}

Because they are active in dance, tumbling, and cheer, they are always looking for tighter hairstyles that will keep their hair out of their faces.

We are calling this the Chain Link Braid, because of the way you twist the hair... which makes it seriously look like links in a thick chain!
