Según los datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística, en Andalucía 1.636 sociedades mercantiles creadas han sido limitadas, con 32,2 millones de capital suscrito e igual cantidad de desembolsado, mientras que tres han sido sociedad anónima, con un capital suscrito de 180.000 y también de 180.000 el desembolsado.
Asimismo, el pasado mes de marzo hubo 362 sociedades mercantiles que ampliaron capital, con 167,3 millones, de las cuales 16 han sido sociedades anónimas y 345, limitadas. Además, hubo 317 sociedades mercantiles disueltas, un 11,2 por ciento más que en el mismo mes del año anterior, y 72 han reducido capital.
