這回拜訪的是一對住在高雄尋找幸福童年的姊弟，他們的童年並不幸福，姊姊柚子8歲、弟弟阿雷5歲時遭到父母遺棄，也不懂得怎麼付出愛的祖父母跟三伯以打罵教育把小姊弟餵養長大，姊弟倆受到欺負、霸凌，一度誤入歧途。幸好姊弟倆在長大的過程裡，仍然彼此照顧，幸運的是，一路走來，許多朋友的支持與陪伴，漸漸找到生活裡的愛。
37-year-old Chen Ya-ting, aka Pomelo, and her 34-year-old brother, Ali, have experienced more than their fair share of dark clouds in life. Growing up without parents, at fourteen, Pomelo was sexually assaulted and chose to run away from home, while Ali drifted into Taiwan's gang culture.
In this episode, we discover what it means to grow up without a sense of home or the love of parents; how Ali has turned his life around and is giving back to society; and why despite Pomelo's resentment and pain from being abandoned by her mother, life seems to have the habit of repeating itself.
